Our bakes will naturally reflect changes of the season and characteristics of Vermont land & water! Each loaf mixed by hand, in dim solar lit mornings, with water hand pumped from the earth. Dough bulk fermented without refrigeration, and wood fired with timber harvested from our land, in an oven we built.
